There is something oh so special about a sauce so versatile that it can finesse its way into almost any meal. I developed this sauce on a whim in the kitchen a while ago and it has become an absolute staple, and even though I have posted the recipe on Tik Tok, people ask me how to make it all the time. I wanted to share it here so even more people can enjoy the bliss that is this sauce.
Ingredients
1/4 Cup Vegan Sour Cream (I always use Tofutti)
Juice of 1 lime
1 TSB Chilli Crunch (I use the Trader Joes one but there is also the Momofuku one and this similar product on Amazon)
Instructions
It is funny to even write instructions for this because it is extremely simple but basically what you do is put all three ingredients in a bowl then whisk with a fork until thoroughly incorporated. There the choice is yours! Drizzle over brussels sprouts, use it as a salad dressing, spice up your taco tuesday with it, or scoop it onto your rice bowl!
